So in case you missed our last big announcement, we’re having a Twitter party {with lots of giveaways} this coming Sunday night, March 31st at 11 pm EST, in celebration of the kick off of our early bird ticket sales.
But you might be wondering, “What exactly is a Twitter party?”
Well it is simply a gathering of Twitter friends sharing their common joy in less than 140 characters at a time. We, the Raising Generations Conference planning team, will be asking you questions starting at 11 pm EST through our tweets @Generations2Day. You get to answer us right back with a Tweet using the hashtag, #RGTHope. Nope, that is not a drug. That is the “code” you put at the end of your Tweet so that we know you’re with us at the party and not hanging out somewhere else.
And this is where it gets exciting. Drum roll please! Every time you Tweet us during the party hour, you get a chance to win one of our wonderful giveaway prizes. So the more you Tweet, the more likely you’ll win!
I like to say that experiencing a party Twitter style feels a lot like drag racing (wait until you try to keep up with all those tweets) while experiencing the same rush of adrenalin that comes when you’re bidding on an eBay item you desperately want! However, a Twitter party is safe (no accidents allowed) and won’t hurt your bank account either! So we hope to see you there…
